The young boy, who was sent out to hawk pure water is unable to find his way back to his parents or guardians. He identified himself as Moses Onochie and speaks only pidgin English.
Moses was brought to the office of Hon. Engr. Ofodeme Ikenna Sylvester, the Transition Chairman of Ekwusigo LGA secretariat at Ozubulu, Anambra State by DSP Abel Uchendu of Ozubulu Police Headquarters.
